Bedroom 1: Twin or Double bed, Wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Dressing table. En suite bathroom with Shower, bath, basin and loo.
Bedroom 2: Twin or Double bed, Wardrobe, drawers, dressing table. bathroom with shower/bath, basin & Loo.
Bedroom 3: One 3’ single bed and 3’ bunk beds, dressing table and drawers. Wet room bathroom with disabled facilities, shower, loo and basin.
Bed linen & towels included.
Living area: Two Sofas, coffee table, 32” LCD television with “freesat”, dvd player & wireless Internet access, Telephone (£5 per week allowed), Log burner (initial logs provided).
Dining area:Table and chairs for 8
Kitchen area: Electric cooker & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle. cutlery, plates, glasses and bowls etc for 12 people and assorted pots and pans.
Laundry room; Washer/dryer machine, fridge freezer, sink and work top, ironing board and iron
Courtyard; accessed from living area with coffee table and clothes airer.
